who are we?
Global Impro is a project founded in 2006 by Feña Ortalli and Marcelo Martín with the goal of organizing an international community of independent improvisers and impro companies worldwide to share experiences, organize events, and coordinate efforts in the fight to give theatrical improvisation its rightful place.
In 2010, the company launched its educational branch, and since then, we've shared our discoveries and learnings in more than 30 countries around the world.
Since 2011, we've produced Status , the world's leading magazine specializing in improvisational theater. Its pages have featured leading figures in the field, and it is sent monthly to over 500 people in four languages.
However, the most important task Global Impro has accomplished over the years has been to generate contacts and maintain fluid communication and exchange with colleagues from different latitudes in order to consolidate the unity we so proudly proclaim.
